Its been 7 weeks since I wrote anything so I felt the need to update.
My brother John is still gone in the Marines. He is in North Carolina now until June 25th. He is allowed to have a cell phone now so at least I can talk to him.
I am in the process of becoming a flight attendant. Its going to be a long process but I am very excited about it. Until then I am still working at H&M. Going out with my girls a lot, shows etc.
Nothing special really, just livin life.

Many of you know that my brother just came home from Marine Boot Camp. He was training for 13 weeks in San Diego California. He lost 46 pounds and went from a pant size 38 to 32. It is incredible. I wanted to share some before and after pictures for those of you who don't know my brother and also those of you who haven't seen him home yet.

I got a new tattoo today.

As Tall As Lions lyrics, but it also has another meaning thats very special to me.

Tomorrow I'm getting a tattoo on my right forearm.
Then I work at 2-11. Wednesday I leave at 4:30am for San Deigo.
Thursday is my birthday and the first day I get to see my brother.
Friday he graduates marine bootcamp, and then we all fly home together.

Let's celebrate my birthday when I get back.

i love the holidays. they make me so happy. driving around looking at christmas lights is the best. walking past the windows at macy's (even though i was going to protest because i miss marchall fields). parties with my friends and family. trips to san diego and new york. but the holidays make me sad too. some of my friends go home for break, or go visit family for a couple days, or go on tour. i miss them already. i just cant wait until new years.

the next month will be amazing. i will miss dolphin to death. but i get to go visit her in new yorkafter christmas. and im going to cali too. i loove it and i cant wait.

work is starting to interfere with my social life.
im getting quite annoyed. see you at the house of blues tonight.
i'll be the one walking in late because i work until 7 .

after one phone interview, a face to face interview with a manager, then another face to face with the store manager, background check, and many anxious days waiting near the phone. I finally got the call from H&M. I got the job!!! yaaaay mee! I've waited soo long for this but it was worth the wait. 25% off, AND benefits. what more could a girl ask for?
soon I will be getting pay checks, and will be able to visit friends in the city, and go places. I'm super excited to met new people and have something to do. but I'm even more excited to get to see my friends more often. its been too long, but soon enough we will all be reunited. and it will feel so good.

In 51 Days it will be my 20th birthday, but this birthday is extra special to me. I will be in California to see my brother graduate Marine Boot Camp. On my birthday (December 6th) is family day, and it will be the first time I have seen my brother in a little over 12 weeks. I cant wait. I haven't been to California since I was 10 or 11. So I'm very excited.

That doesn't mean I wont want to party either before or after I go. It's too early to tell still but its my birthday of course we have to go out. = ]

jogging is my escape. sometimes my thoughts are too over whelming. so i grab my ipod and some cheap running shoes and i go. it makes me forget about everything going on. i just try to finish my run as fast as i can. then when i get home i take a nice cold shower. and wash away all the bad things i was feeling before i ran. now that i've done that im going to go read my book.

I always told myself that I wouldn't make a live journal because everyone has one and its just another website to have to check everyday. I did it though, and only one person knows why. so here I am. hello to all of my friends. and hello to lurkers who want to be my friend.
